The motivation and passion for this program is based on the fact that we ALL are recovering from some form of trauma.  The problem is that most Americans will not acknowledge or process that part of their life because it may be too painful or too shameful to address.  For most of us it is because we just don’t know how to do it.  We can coach you on how to do that.

Avoiding the trauma is the primary reason for most relationship failures.  This lifestyle choice and it is a choice, restricts you from having the conversations needed to move forward in your relationships and it will create a long lasting negative effect on your own self esteem.

Our goals are to educate participants by giving them tools to change their chaotic avoiding codependent lifestyle behavior and learn to live.
